ANNOUNCEMENT: Board Vacancy (Click to read full notice)August 22, 2025 1) The Board of Trustees currently has a vacancy. Persons who are interested in serving on the Board must provide the following to the Board President, Mrs Gretchen Alston, by September 19, 2025 galston@keystoneacademycs.org
a. a one-page statement indicating... i. how his/her membership on the board will benefit the school; ii. why he/she is interested in serving; andiii. a resume.
2) A sub-committee of the Board of Trustees will review the documents, interview each candidate, and bring forward one recommendation for a vote of the full Board.3) The Board of Trustees will vote to select the candidate at the October 2025 meeting. 4) New Trustees will be required to complete and submit a State Ethics form, Child Abuse, FBI, and State Clearances. They must sign Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest forms and complete a yearly Statement of Financial Interest questionnaire. * Board of Trustees Meeting October 16, 2025, KACS Board of Trustees Meeting- Executive session and Public Board Meeting.
